The HOA property insurance only covers the exterior. If you require a certificate of insurance, please contact FIA customer service. You will need to provide FIA with your Name (as indicated on your mortgage), Address, and the “Mortgagee Clause” (Mortgagee Name and address) to be named as the certificate holder in order for us to complete the certificate. Plumbing Connection Lines: The best choice for water supply lines is nylon-reinforced vinyl tubing covered by a flexible braided stainless steel sheath. Durable, won't corrode, and easy to install. Dryer Vents: Cleaning of dryer vents is an inside property issue and responsibility of the Villa Owner. We recommends having dryer vents from the wall inside to the outside checked and cleaned as needed and at least every 2 years. Dryer lint screen should be checked after each use, and aluminum duct from dryer to vent checked/changed annually. |
