The Sun Lakes Villas Association Number 46A was incorporated in 2002. The HOA has an elected, volunteer board of directors comprised of 5 members, a, contracted Maintenance Manager, separate Landscape Company and Accountant. We also have a volunteer Unit Captain to support the community management and to be responsible for communication and liaison between the homeowners and with the SLHOA3. An annual meeting is held every March and any additional meetings are noted on the HOA News Page. Meetings are announced through the community email and are normally held at the Oakwood Clubhouse. All Board of Directors meetings are open to the public. We like to encourage all our residents/owners of 46A to attend. |
